What happens when Z. wants to play Animal Crossing, Chad wants to watch the game, and company just happens to stop by? Why a cooking episode of course! Happy Thanksgiving from PBC to you!

Sweet Potato Casserole

• 6 Sweet Potatoes (cooked, peeled, and sliced)
• ½ cup butter or margerine
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup sugar
• ¾ cup buttermilk
• ¾ cup pecans
• marshmallows

Add butter to hot potatoes and mash.

Combine: baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, eggs, sugar, buttermilk

Add combined ingredients to potatoes, mix using blender or mixer or a spoon.

Stire in pecans.

Place in greased 2 quart dish.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Top with marshmallows and put back in oven for 10 more minutes until the marshmallows are a golden brown.

Little Miss Gamer is back to review the classic NES space shooter, Gyruss. Moral dilemmas abound for everyone's favorite girl gamer as she ponders the classic quandry, "to use the code or not to use the code." See whether or not the heinous level 19 gets to Z enough to make her cheat.
